We are really getting excited for our upcoming training days the end of April. Now with the application packet sent off this is all starting to feel real. Carson is really excited too. He's going to be an awesome big brother! He wanted to by some clothes and toys for the new baby last week when we were out shopping. How sweet! I told him we could look, but we'd wait for now. I first explained that we don't know if we'll be having a boy or a girl. Secondly, if we buy something for the baby every time we head to Target we'll have more stuff than we know what to deal with! We did look at clothes and toys and he thought the little baby socks were just so cute (and so little!).
Our dumping of 6-7 inches of wet, heavy snow on Monday has melted quite a bit. Still some snow on the ground and it can't melt fast enough. Carson did play outside for quite a while last night before we went to cub scouts. The fresh air feels so good.
