It's April. Spring is supposed to be here. A few little shoots are peeking through our perennial garden. We spent a little time outside this afternoon - cleaning in the garage, pulling flower pots out and taking down Christmas lights. Yes, taking down Christmas lights. It's been way too cold to take them down, so we are doing such task today. Saturday, April 5, 2008. I reminded Trav it's just 7 1/2 months until they go up again. :) The 'best' part is (typed as sarcastically as I can) that we could get a bunch of snow tonight. ENOUGH ALREADY!
The last few days have been beautiful, but today was cooler. Carson even rode his bike around the neighborhood on Thursday. We can tell already we're going to love our new location. There are so many young families too.
Carson's horse therapy started today. It was wonderful to see him on a horse again. He's riding more independent this year (he's doing the reining) and today he trotted. Or rather the horse trotted while he rode.
More to come as we enter this blogging world. Time to clean house before bedtime!
