The kiddos and I (along with Grammy!) are heading to Waukee, Iowa today to see Chris, Hilary and Jack before they move to Butler, Pennsylvania. Jack turned one on Tuesday, so birthday party is also in store.
Trav is staying behind to help out in the community and hang out with our sump pump.
We are sure going to miss him, but we know this is the best plan to ensure the house (basement) stays dry.
Projected crest is to happen on Sunday - still at around 38 feet.
