Seriously?!?!?

Grace has impetigo again. Yes, again. Again. Again.

I'm very grumpy about this. We have scoured the house. Where is this coming from?!?

Saw a dr. on Saturday morning. She suggested two new things we hadn't thought of.

1. Clean under Grace's fingernails. So, Grace has enjoyed 'manicures' while soaking her fingers in mouthwash (alcohol content and better than bleach) and then using an old toothbrush to scrub under her fingernails. I've also disinfected all of our tweezers, nail clippers, etc.

2. Have the two cats checked out. You know we are a family who loves to share things - better or worse! Trav will talk to the vet today. I'm quite confident the fish would be in the clear. We don't pet them very often.

'Operation Major Clean' happened this weekend. We had planned to go to Potato Days in Barnesville on Saturday, but stayed home to not spread our 'love' to others. Oh well!

Yesterday was the Riding on Angels Wings year-end Appreciation Day/BBQ. Each of the riders gets to ride for a few minutes to show their stuff. Grace hasn't ridden since July (she was only in the 6 week program this summer) and she was so excited to ride again! She kept signing 'horse' when she was riding (just in case we forgot!). Carson was happy to show his skills off too - he's once again an 'independent' rider. He was excited to share in the fun with Grace this year - new t-shirts for both of them and beautiful certificates. It was a beautiful afternoon and we were happy to have Grammy and Great Grandma celebrate with us.
