Finding a groove

Just a quick update.

We seem to have found a groove. All of our routines are coming together and becoming new routines. And it seems to be working!!!

Grace had her best night sleep here last night. She's had good nights, but we hear her on the monitor here and there. Wednesday night she was feeling pretty yucky and we had some good snuggles through the night. Last night we didn't hear her at all. She slept very soundly and we could tell this morning. She is always happy but today she had extra smiles and giggles.

We are all in the midst of dealing with our colds now. Grace is getting better, with a runny nose still in place. Carson is in the early stages. He always does well with colds, so we're hoping this one is a swift recovery too. Trav and I took a nap while Grace napped this morning. Carson is at day camp today. It was very hard for him to leave and he wanted to stay to help take care of Grace. :)

PT was here for an eval this morning. Grace is meeting her milestones very well. She did recommend that she be fitted for Sure Steps. We had heard from her PT in St. Cloud a similar recommendation, so not a surprise. They will help stabilize her gait and give her a little better control.

OT will be here first thing on Monday morning and Speech will be here on Monday afternoon. It's a lot for a little girl to take in, but we're looking forward to getting everything going for her here too.
