Grace had quite the day on Friday.
She enjoyed a spa day with Daddy. Well, at least a fun haircut!
That afternoon she got her new purple hearing aids with purple glitter earmolds. She did wonderfully. Cari (the kids' audiologist) got her a Happy Birthday balloon, which helped distract her from the settings and adjustments with the new hearing aids.
We went home and enjoyed supper. Then it was present time. Grace quickly picked up on what to do with the gifts and cards. She got so excited! We quickly saw that we wouldn't make it through all of the gifts in one sitting. She was quickly getting tired (being two is hard work, after all). It had been a busy day, so that was okay.
She was so wiped out that we didn't do cake on Friday night either. It was off to bed for our little Princess!
