Just talked to Travis - he has two bunkmates tonight. All is okay to temporarily turn the water on, so showers were well received. He said that thousands of sandbags were being turned out of MSCTC in Moorhead tonight.
He's tired, but doing well.
The next few days are so critical...prayers, prayers, prayers.
