Another neighborWe had quite the blizzard this week. The snow started Monday and then the wind started howling early Tuesday. NDSU and Moorhead Schools were closed on Tuesday. Yesterday NDSU had a late start and Moorhead Public Schools were closed again. So, Carson will make it to a whopping 2 days of school this week! He and Trav have spring break next week.
The kids both had colds to contend with, so we did a whole lot of snuggling on Tuesday. It was wonderful (not the being sick with strep throat and colds, the snuggles and cuddles)!
Fortunately, our driveway location almost always blows empty when we have a storm with wind (thanks, Papa Chip for that wonderful advice on lot location!). Trav shovelled for about 15 minutes and it was done. Our neighbors weren't as fortunate. Trav helped dig one out, along with another neighbor.
The kids did get a lot of rest, so are doing much better.
