We're very excited for Grace's party on Sunday - I think we'll actually be fairly germ free by then! The Elmo party is at 1:00 on Sunday at our house. We started putting together a time capsule for Grace at the time of her adoption finalization, but it didn't come together as much as we had wanted - pneumonia got in the way. So, if you have something you'd like to include, please send something our way - this can be a note, a picture, a poem - it does not have to be a purchased item. Be creative!
We made a time capsule for Carson on his first birthday - and his big "I made it" post-transplant celebration. We want to have the same for Gracie to cherish.
We'll have both kids open their capsules when they turn 18. I really can't think about the fact that is merely 10 years away for Carson.
